You will also need the three digit CARD VERIFICATION NUMBER . This number is usually printed ON THE BACK OF YOUR CARD.
SALES and OTHERTAX(s): You don't like it - we don't like it - but we have to charge sales tax according to the rate established by the State of Ohio and Cuyahoga County. The rate is approximately 8¢ on the dollar. Actually, it's a bit more than that, but for your ease of calculation use 8¢ for all orders originating or whose destination is anywhere in Ohio. EXPORT CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DUTIES AND TAXES. If somehow we get billed for the customers taxes, duties etc, Lakeboats.Com reserves the right, unless prior arrangements have been made, to charge the customers credit card accordingly.
TERMS OF PAYMENT: All purchases from the web are done by credit or debit card through PayPal. All invoices are billed in U.S. Funds payable in 30 days from date of invoice. Late charges (1.80% per month of fraction thereof) will be charged on any overdue unpaid balance. Additionally, returned checks will be subject to a service fee to the maximum allowed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
