We don't control shipping costs. Therefore, all costs noted herein are subject to change without noticeUnless noted below, all shipments within the Continental United States are sent via United Parcel Service (UPS) ground. If the customer requests something different, we will honor that request. However, the order must be pre-paid and we assume no responsibility once the package is delivered to the customer specified carrier.
Orders within the Continental United States (residential or commercial) under one pound in total weight ( ie: Lakeboats, Photographs etc ) will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Exceptions are: (1) When the customer requests other arrangements ( Next Day Air etc ) Customer MUST indicate so in the box "Special Instructions To Us" during " check-out " ; and/or (2) In the sole determination of Freshwater Press, Inc., a more cost effective and/or efficent means is justified.You will be contacted before shipment. Orders within the Continental United States ( residential or commerical ) that are using a P.O. Box or other such non-street address location: will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Exceptions: Where value of shipment exceeds $25.00 U.S.D.; Unless you are a known customer or have prepaid the order, no shipments under $25.00 U.S.D. will be sent to a non-street address. When customer has requested other arrangements ( See above ). Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Possessions, Canada and Mexico will be sent via the United States Postal Service as follows: ( Unless the customer requests otherwise - see above ) Default shipping charges are configured for Federal Express Air to Alaska & Hawaii. Shipments to U.S. Possessions (Guam, Samoa, Puerto Rico) and Foreign Countries*, will also be shipped via Air. Call for Rate. Shipments with a value of over 100.00 U.S.D. will be shipped for export via U.P.S or Federal Express. |
