When using credit cards, please fill-in "Billing Address" using the Name, Address, City, State, Zip & Phone #, EXACTLY as it appears on your statement. Credit card companies have been known to reject a charge when they don't match.
If you are shipping to a different address, use the ship to button and enter the name and location as indicated.
For Orders shipped collect, UPS requires the receivers credit card (including Account number, Exp Date, Verification code) or their UPS account number with the billing zip/pc. Enter this information in the space marked "Your Notice To Us" at the bottom of the billing information page during checkout. Customer is responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes etc. Information supplied under these circumstances is for the exclusive use of UPS. We do not ship freight collect to addresses outside the United States.
